The Complete Guide to the Ins and Outs of Premier 57

Violation of any of our regulations will be cause for ejection from our facility, without refund or compensation.  Premier 57 policies listed, but not limited to those mentioned below, explain our expectations of our visitors and will be strictly enforced.

*Overall atmosphere is created and affected by everyone within the facility, so please help foster a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone to enjoy.

PUBLIC MORALS

BEHAVIOR

Premier 57 expects all guests to behave in an appropriate manner.  Unruly behavior, any form of inappropriate activity, discrimination, and/or profanity may be cause for ejection.  For the comfort of all guests, Premier 57 does not allow any form of public displays of affection, including but not limited to hugging, kissing, touching, sitting on laps, etc. Any individuals found loitering in areas or making other guests feel uncomfortable will be subject to immediate ejection without refund.

PERSONAL ETIQUETTE

Refrain from loud conversations and/or noises, especially inside the sauna rooms, meditation room, rooftop and sleeping area, be respectful of your surroundings and others around you, and clean up after yourselves.  Do not jump or splash inside the pools or act in a reckless manner.  Personal radios, boom boxes, and other public music players are strictly prohibited inside the facility.  When in the nude locker room area, refrain from any activity or behavior that can or will cause discomfort to others, including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, any type of public displays of affection, staring or gawking, use of profanity, etc.  Understand and respect the tradition of Asian and European “bath house” culture and act accordingly.  Phones, cameras and all other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in nude area, sleeping room and meditation room. Elderly patrons should be accompanied by a guardian or must use facility at own risk.

ALCOHOL AND CONSUMPTION

Any intoxicated persons will be denied entrance into our facility.  Once inside, a maximum of 3 alcoholic beverages, from Aqua Bar, is allowed per person.  If a guest is intoxicated before reaching the drink maximum, our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service.  For health and safety reasons, any person who is under the influence is not permitted in the sauna or steam rooms.  Premier 57 holds a “No Tolerance” policy against Under-aged drinking and drunk behavior.

Guests found in possession of outside alcohol will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without refund.

CELLPHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Refrain from cell phone use inside the saunas, meditation room, rooftop and  in our quiet sleeping/lounge areas and service departments.  Be respectful and aware of your surroundings and those around you.  All electronic devices that include, but are not limited to, ipads, tablets, wireless speakers, and laptop computers are prohibited in all resting and lounging areas.  These devices can be utilized for work purposes at our charging station located on our 9th floor common area only.

FACILITY USE/FLOOR SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

DRESS CODE

Proper Premier 57 attire is required at all times.  The Premier 57 uniform or a guest’s own shorts, shirt or cover up must be worn on all floors, with the exception of the Bade Pool area.  On this floor, proper swimwear is required.  No thongs or overly exposing swimwear is permitted.  Swimwear with excessive adornment such as beading, strings, etc. are not allowed in the pools.  Absolutely no outside footwear is permitted inside our facility.  Uniforms cannot be worn inside pools.  The locker room hot baths are fully nude – absolutely no clothing is allowed inside. Long hair must be restrained with swimming cap or hair bun. 

FACILITY USE, RESTRICTION, OR LIMITED ACCESS

Premier 57 reserves the right to close or restrict access, without advance notice, to any area of the facility for any reason.  Any neglect or misuse of any Premier 57 property including, but not limited to, furniture, communal toiletry, equipment, uniforms, Locker Keys, towels, robes, any rooms or facilities, etc., will be grounds for ejection.  The cost of repair must then be compensated by visitor. All minors ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (over 25 years of age) at all times for safety.

Elderly persons and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, shall not use the spa pool without medical consultation. 

SMOKING

Premier 57 is a smoke-free environment.  Visitors may temporarily step out downstairs in front of the building for a smoke only after the following:

  1. Any balance on your Premier 57 Key is completely cleared
  2. If you checked in with a group, the accumulated balance of the entire group must be paid upfront.
  3. Any guest exiting the facility for a smoke break must be back within 10 minutes or a complete admission fee must be paid again.

GROUP CHECK INS

If one person needs to leave before the rest of the group, the accumulated balance on all Locker Keys must be paid.

GIFT TICKETS

No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be administered.  Re-selling gift certificates is strictly prohibited.  Premier 57 reserves the right to void all purchased certificates without notice or refund and deny acceptance of any gift certificates.  Reprinting or copying any of our gift tickets is prohibited.

INTERNET USE

Our Free Wi-Fi is a complimentary service offered to our visitors.  It should not be used to download any illegal documents or files, or any explicit materials.  Premier 57 reserves the right to revoke this privilege from any visitors.

CHARGES

PAYMENT

The only acceptable forms of payment are cash, Discover, Visa, American Express and Master Card.  Card must be physically present for use.  IDs will be checked when needed. 

REFUNDS

Entrance fee

Once you have checked-in, no refunds will be administered, even in the case of no-available spa reservations.  Confirm a set reservation prior to your visit to ensure that desired services are available.  Make sure to check all receipts and change received.  No re-entrance onto premises.

Accumulated balance

No refunds will be administered.  Diligently confirm your accumulated tab and always be conscious of your balance.  This responsibility to left to each customer.  Any issues or concerns must be addressed immediately.

LOST LOCKER KEYS

Keep your locker key on you at all times.  Any lost, stolen, or damaged locker keys will be the responsibility of the guest assigned to that number or others in the group.  In the case of a lost key, you will be responsible for a penalty fee of $50.  The accumulated balance made throughout the visit, must be paid in addition to the penalty.

OUTSIDE ITEMS

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

You must store all personal items and clothing in your assigned locker.  Make sure that your locker is securely locked before leaving.  Premier 57 will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, inside our facility, or items left inside the lockers.  Items left at Lost and Found will not be the responsibility of Premier 57. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

In addition to, but not limited to, all items previously mentioned, the following are not permitted at any time:

  • Firearms and explosives
  • Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
  • Knives, or any sharp or spiked items
  • Medical and/or illegal drugs
  • Animals
  • Alcohol and other outside food and beverage
  • Photography equipment

FOOD, DRINKS, AND OTHER OUTSIDE MATERIALS

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside.  You may leave these items at reception during your stay and reclaimed upon checkout.  Premier 57 will not be responsible for these times.

MISCELLANEOUS

PHOTOGRAPHY

You may not take photographs or video in the locker rooms or nude bathing areas.  You may not take photographs or video of the facility without the advance approval of Premier 57 Management. Distribution, publication, or any use of any photos taken of or within our facility is strictly prohibited. Premier 57 reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography or confiscate any recorded materials.

ILLNESS

Premier 57 reserves the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations and cleanliness.  

BEAUTY SPA POLICIES

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs.  Guests paying admissions to utilize the facility amenities will be allowed access to the amenities before and after the scheduled service(s).

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 48 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this cancellation period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 48 hour window are subject to a 100% charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.  Same day reservations may not be cancelled and are considered as confirmed as soon as they are booked.  Please note that these policies are implemented to reserve your time slot as well as the time slot for a guest that immediately follows your appointment time.

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
